Please read the following guidelines and click the button below to proceed with the application process.
Please be as precise as possible when completing the application process. All the application submitted before the deadline will be considered!
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 15, 2008.

• Unfortunately late submissions will not be considered.
• Please note that not all the photo / video requests will be approved since there is a limited amount of passes available for Heavy MTL.
• An editor's letter is required for all affiliated freelance photographers and writers.
• Please note that if you are affiliated with an artist, you must obtain entry and passes through that artist.
